You may feel with all the buzz that Twitter is dominanting the online world. This could be true or not so much. According to comScore, Twitter owns .001% of total online search market share. This really big news for a start up website like Twitter.
That doesn't seem much and that is because the 4.2 million searches doesn't compare to Google's hundreds of million searches on a daily basis.
This does mean that Twitter has become more powerful than almost 99% of websites online though they have a couple mountains and then an ocean to climb before truly challenging Google and Yahoo.
